Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson expressed his love for Filipinos at the press junket for the film Journey 2: The Mysterious Island. Johnson revealed that he loved working with co-star Vanessa Hudgens.
“Vanessa was a pleasure to work with she’s great. I met her family, her mom is wonderful, proud Filipino woman.”
“The Rock” also said Filipinos’ humility stands out.
“The best thing I love about Pacquiao and Vanessa, Vanessa’s family, and the Filipino culture…and I’ve worked and performed in the Philippines many times…is the humility that permeates the Filipino culture,” he said
